Developed by magician Alessandro Albergo based on the innovative concept and creation of Angelo Carbone, the application has recently re-emerged after a lengthy hiatus from the App Store. Originally launched in 2011 as Magic SMS and followed by Magic SMS 2 in 2015, it now returns in 2022 under the title Psychic Prediction.

Introducing Magic SMS 2 — Mind Reading via Text Message.

The Effect: You inform your friend that you know someone with psychic abilities and wish to test them. Your friend is asked to think of any colour and any playing card, without speaking or writing anything down.

Subsequently, you send a text message to your psychic acquaintance requesting a guess regarding your friend's thoughts. After that, you turn off your phone and set it aside, never touching it again from this point onward.

Both parties wait patiently for the reply. Moments later, an SMS notification appears, showing that the message is from the psychic. Once received, your friend is asked to verify what they were thinking of.

Your friend is encouraged to pick up the phone and read the full reply independently. They will be astonished to find that the psychic has accurately identified both the colour and the playing card thought of freely.
